Halloween Lobster

This one-pound female lobster was caught off the Massachusetts coast. The split coloration is a rare but not unknown natural occurrence.

And of course, upon seeing it, my first thought was, "One side must have been more heavily reduced." It does look a bit like soda vapor, with black slip.

Then I LOLed.
