My best guess by lookiing at the glaze: I'm gonna guess it's oxidation, cone 6 stoneware, maybe Praseodymium or a small percentage of chrome as the colorant. Portland Pottery sells a Cone 6 glaze approximately this shade/ translucency. Can't remember what it's called.
