I have had some experience with this and was constantly surprised about how many things you need both arms working together to do.Barbarahttp://claygarden.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-650505838849412496.post-68971952459387063982009-07-09T06:40:37.885-07:002009-07-09T06:40:37.885-07:00BTW, the two that really helped me a lot were the ...BTW, the two that really helped me a lot were the shoulder abduction and external rotation exercises.Jerryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17537709565513833065noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-650505838849412496.post-90141436485650598422009-07-09T06:39:05.371-07:002009-07-09T06:39:05.371-07:00Sorry to hear about your shoulders. I cannot emphasize enough to keep up with the exercises!! They help so much. I know what it is like ...Gee, that sounds terrible. I know what it is like to be severely limited in movement - when my back goes out I can't do anything. It sure makes me feel helpless. Over the last several months I have had several days when I woke up either in the middle of the night or in the morning and could not move my left arm and had to move it with the other arm; I thought I slept on it wrong, but it happened several more times - once I got it moving it was ok. I hope you get better real soon.Linda Starrhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04364078667554676592noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-650505838849412496.post-24517386747176915632009-07-08T18:05:56.634-07:002009-07-08T18:05:56.634-07:00Oh, so sorry about your shoulder! Now a year later, I still have about 70% ROM reaching behind my back, but all other directions is back to normal. Keep working it gently & recover soon.SCJ Jewelry Designhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13188989077414402137noreply@blogger.com
